Payment Method Changed of a Submitted Withdrawal

In order to maintain security and comply with our Terms and Conditions, we follow a correlation policy between deposit and withdrawal methods. This policy ensures that withdrawals are processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

Here's how it works:

Consistency: You can only withdraw funds via the same payment method that you previously used to deposit funds. This ensures consistency and helps prevent unauthorized withdrawals to unfamiliar accounts.

Multiple Payment Methods: If you made deposits using multiple payment methods, you will need to withdraw using those same payment methods and at the same proportional rate.

Example: Let's say you deposited with a card ending with ****1234 and played with the balance, resulting in winnings. To maintain the correlation, you will need to withdraw the winnings back to the card ending with ****1234.

Another Example: Similarly, if you used a different payment method, such as a card ending with ****5678, for a separate deposit and play session, any resulting winnings should be withdrawn to the card ending with ****5678.

Following this correlation policy helps protect your account and ensures that withdrawals are processed securely.
