How can I make a complaint?

If you were not satisfied with the outcome of the conversation with one of our representatives, or you want to make a dispute, you can email Customer Support at beschwerde.de@betano.de. A dispute is considered to be a disagreement you may have relating to your gaming activities, deposits, withdrawals and any other similar matters.

Betano will make its best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly and as fast as possible.
