In order to verify your PayPal account, we require a screenshot of your PayPal account’s "Account -->Profile" section, in which all personal data (first and last name, address, e-mail, telephone number, merchant number) can be seen. Here's how to do it, step-by-step:

Log-in to your PayPal account using a browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge) and not the PayPal app.
- If you're using a mobile phone, click the top left 3 dashes and then click on the gear icon (Settings) on the right.
- If you are using a laptop or PC, click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner of the PayPal home page.
- You will be redirected to the "Profile" section, where all your personal information is visible.
- Take a screenshot or photo of the screen of this area. In any case, all personal data and the site URL must be visible in one image.

To upload your documents, please visit the Account->Profile->Verification Process section (https://www.betano.de/myaccount/profile/documents) where you can follow the steps to upload any of the documents that you prefer, scanned or photographed. Please note that all documents must be clear, complete and legible.
