For the Skrill account validation, you may send a screenshot of your Skrill account. The screenshot should be taken from the “Settings” section and should include all personal data (first and last name, date of birth, e-mail, customer number, address, mobile phone number). Please note that your screenshot has to be taken in full capture and should contain the URL address at the top of the page.
If you use your mobile phone for the screenshot, please note that it has to be a long screenshot that shows all the requested data.
This is how you can easily take a long screenshot on your mobile phone with Google Chrome:
Click on the 3 lines menu in the upper right corner of the browser - Share - you will find the option "Long Screenshot" - click on "Long Screenshot". You can now adjust the length of the screenshot in the browser.
Alternatively, you can also use an extra app for long screenshots.
To upload your documents, please visit the Account->Profile->Verification Process section (https://www.betano.de/myaccount/profile/documents) where you can follow the steps to upload any of the documents that you prefer, scanned or photographed. Please note that all documents must be clear, complete and legible.
