In order to verify your Paysafecard wallet, we require a screenshot of your Paysafe account of the “Settings-->Personal Information” section, in which all personal data (first and last name, date of birth, e-mail, customer number, address, mobile phone number) can be seen. Here's how to do it, step-by-step:
- Log into your Paysafe account using a browser and not the Paysafe app.
- Your Paysafe account must be set to "Unlimited" and may require a status upgrade.
- If you're using a mobile, click on the 3 lines in the top left and then select Limits & Status from the left sidebar, and follow the instructions for the upgrade.
- If you're using a laptop or PC, simply click on Limits & Status at the top, and follow the instructions for the upgrade.
- If your account is already set to unlimited status, ignore step 2.

To upload your documents, please visit the Account->Profile->Verification Process section (https://www.betano.de/myaccount/profile/documents) where you can follow the steps to upload any of the documents that you prefer, scanned or photographed. Please note that all documents must be clear, complete and legible.
