If you have selected permanent self-exclusion and would like to re-open your account, please send an email to kontakt@betano.de, with your request.

Please enter Open account in the subject of the email, and clearly state your username.

The inquiry will be handled by the relevant department, and you can expect further details to be sent to you via email.
