Option 1: Change Password through Password Reset

Click on Forgot password? Click here for password reset.
You can provide your mobile number and date of birth or your email address. You will receive a code on your chosen method to reset your password.
Create a new password following our platform's password requirements.
Once you have successfully reset your password, try logging in again using your new credentials.
Option 2: Email Customer Support
Send an email to kontakt@betano.de from your registered email address.
In the email, please state that you wish to unlock your account and we will contact you once all needed actions have been taken.
Please note that if you choose Option 2, it may take some time for our customer support team to process your request and unlock your account. Option 1, on the other hand, allows you to reset your password and regain access to your account more quickly.
In either case, please make sure to use a strong and secure password when resetting it.
