To enable the Two-Factor Authentication on Betano, follow these steps:
- Log into your Betano account
- Click on your profile icon, located in the top right corner of the website
- Then click on My Account
- From the dropdown menu, select Profile→Login & Security
Enabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Toggle the switch to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- You will be prompted to enter and verify your account password
- Once enabled, you'll receive an SMS code to your registered phone number, each time you log in
- Enter this code to complete the login
Disabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Return to My Account→Login & Security→Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Toggle the switch to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Note: Enabling the 2FA function adds an extra layer of security to your account, protecting it from unauthorized access. It's highly recommended to keep this feature enabled for enhanced account safety.
