You can update/correct the following information in your account yourself:
▪️ E-mail
▪️ Mobile phone number
▪️ Address
▪️ Language
▪️ Favorite team
To update the information mentioned above, log in to your account and go to My Account → Profile → Personal Details. Select the information you want to update, fill in the respective field/s, and click the Save button.
The chosen username can not be changed.
If the information you can not change yourself is wrong, follow the steps below:
1. Please contact our customer support team for changes to:
▪️ Your legal name
▪️ Date of birth
▪️ Gender
▪️ Nationality
▪️ City of birth
2. Account Data Validation
For the security of your account, our customer support team will validate your identity before applying any updates.
3. Provide Correct Information
Provide your correct and full legal name and date of birth, note that additional documents may be requested for the data update procedure.
4. Submit Documentation (if required)
If an additional verification document is requested, go to My Account → Profile → Verification and upload the document by choosing Other Documents → Extra Document (selected from the drop-down menu). Once received, the responsible department will review the document/s and if further information or action is required, we will email you.
