What is the Maximum Loss Limit That I can set?

Since April 3rd 2024 new regulations apply for customers with a cross-operator LUGAS deposit limit exceeding €1,000. According to these, the loss-limit almost always equals the cross-operator LUGAS deposit limit.

As an example: If you have set your cross-operator LUGAS deposit limit at €2,000, your loss limit can be no more than €2,000. You can always choose a lower limit and a decrease will take effect immediately. However, a request to increase your loss limit only comes into effect after seven days due to regulatory reasons.

In rare cases, when customers chose a very low stake limit, the highest possible loss limit might be under the cross-operator LUGAS deposit limit.
