From now on, a unified monthly LUGAS deposit limit will be applied for our sports betting and slots product. While the limit for sports betting can be increased upon request, due to German gambling regulations, the slots deposit limit has to remain at 1,000€.
Example 1: Your LUGAS deposit limit is 1,000€ and you have already deposited 400€ over the course of the month on our sports betting product. Then you can only deposit up to 600€ for slots, while the combined sum of deposits is capped at 1,000€.
Example 2: Your LUGAS deposit limit is 3,000€ and you have already deposited 1,200€ over the course of the month on our sports betting product and 600€ for Slots. Then you can deposit up to 1,200€ only for sports betting, or 400€ for slots and 800€ for sports betting, because deposits for slots are capped at 1,000€, while the increase in your LUGAS limit can only be used for sports betting.
Please note that unsuccessful deposits also count towards your LUGAS deposit limit. This is due to the system, which is run by the German gambling authorities, and over which we do not wield any influence.
